Currently, perform and coordinate the detailed technical environmental and energy activities associated with the facility’s daily functions as it relates to internal and external environmental and energy impact. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Toledo, Ohio (Aug 2018-Dec 2020)
▪ Coordinated the Ohio Statewide Environmental Network’s assistance to small and mid-size manufacturers and other entities through training in source reduction techniques and direct provision of pollution prevention (P2) technical assistance including environmental management systems, clean manufacturing, and energy efficiency assessments. Developed and implemented regulatory and non-regulatory P2 methods to help local industries better use P2 tools. Attended professional meetings and seminars to improve P2 methods.
▪ Performed pollution prevention assessments with small and mid-scale local Industries. Completed waste management assessments along with local schools and hospitals near Toledo.
▪ Presented and published the grant’s research and background work at international conferences.
Research Assistant
Ohio Department of Health (ODH), Toledo, Ohio (Aug 2018-May 2021)
▪ Developed and analyzed Ohio radon databases for homes, testers, and mitigation systems for quarterly reports.
▪ Examined the efficiency of different radon mitigation systems installed in the state of Ohio.
▪ Generated maps and web content with databases using ArcGIS to determine user information needs and prepared quarterly documentation on an ongoing basis to meet the deadlines of ODH. Produced user information include:

• Statewide maps of mean indoor radon concentrations by county.

▪ Administrated the creation and publishing of relevant quality content on social media to promote awareness and increase participation for the massive power dialog on climate solutions on 7th April.
